You will work closely with stakeholders to resolve technical issues, implement solutions, and support the delivery of critical projects. You will also contribute to documentation, change processes, and maintain strong working relationships across multiple accounts. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve BAU network issues via ticketing systems Deliver project outcomes in collaboration with key stakeholders Create and update technical documentation for support and project handover Contribute to change management documentation and implementation Support a range of accounts across the private and government sectors Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with stakeholders What We're Looking For Proven experience in network operations and support Hands‑on knowledge of Cisco and/or Aruba wireless networking (certifications preferred) Routing & switching expertise (Cisco and/or Juniper – certifications preferred) Familiarity with data centre, access, and wireless network environments Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to engage effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders Experience working in a Managed Services environment Comfortable in high‑paced, high‑pressure settings Nice to Have SD‑WAN experience (any vendor) LAN Fabric knowledge (any vendor) Exposure to network security technologies (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortigate) Azure networking experience Strong multi‑vendor troubleshooting skills Other Requirements Must be based in QLD, NSW or ACT Must hold Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance Willingness to participate in an on‑call roster Why Join Us?
