As both a hands‑on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an inspiring leader, you’ll guide a team of Black Belt practitioners to uncover opportunities, remove friction, and deliver meaningful change. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to align improvement initiatives to strategic goals and embed data‑driven decision‑making across the business. Key responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise‑wide process improvement and transformation programs. Directly manage and develop a team of Black Belts embedding best‑practice Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement frameworks. Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive customer‑centred process design, aligning transformation to group strategy. To succeed in this role, we’d love you to have: Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (essential) with proven success leading large‑scale process improvement initiatives. Strong capability in end‑to‑end value chain design, optimisation, and data‑driven decision‑making. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to partner at all levels of the organisation. Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams, particularly other Black Belts, within a continuous improvement or transformation environment. Commercial acumen and a passion for simplifying complexity and improving customer experiences. Exposure to AI‑enabled process analytics and/or Human‑Centred Design (highly regarded). This role is a Full‑time role on a 12‑Month, Fixed‑Term Contract based at any of our head office locations (Melbourne, Bendigo, Geelong, Ipswich, Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, Perth).
