We are currently seeking people to join us in the position of Workshop Advisor in one of our dealerships based in Blacktown , employed on a Full-Time basis.

Availability:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

Snapshot of your day:

  • Scheduling & organising service work schedules.
  • Handle customer’s service related queries
  • Assisting with Customer invoicing & Purchase orders if required
  • Assist to develop technical competences of apprentices & technicians
  • Assist / collate payroll data (where applicable)
  • Assist with workshop account reconciliation (where applicable)
  • General administration assistance for Service Manager and team

What you must possess:

  • Previously worked in car rentals.
  • Sound time management skills, self-motivated and organised.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical/mechanical knowledge
  • Heavy Duty Vehicle driver’s license
