Telstra Retail: Part Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant ROUSE HILL Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Join our iconic team at Telstra. As a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you will be the trusted expert helping customers find tech solutions that enhance their lives. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, staying up-to-date with the latest gadgets, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with your team to create a welcoming environment. What You'll Be Doing Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs, ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable. Be the Go‑To Tech Expert: Stay current with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions. Achieve and Excel: Use your consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while keeping customers connected. Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment and support store goals. Salary and Benefits Part Time: Hourly Rate: $30.33 per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age). Penalty Rates: 25% additional for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for Saturday hours, 100% for Sunday hours, 150% for public holidays. Plus 12% Superannuation. Plus 10% Variable Remuneration (eligible for the first 2 months while you learn on board). Generous Discounts: 30% off Telstra services and exclusive offers with over 240 brands and partners.
