Telstra Retail: Part Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant – Castle Hill Join Telstra, where passion meets purpose. As a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant, you’ll be the trusted expert helping customers find tech solutions that enhance their lives. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Help customers find the right products and services, ensuring a memorable visit. Be the Go‑To Tech Expert: Stay up‑to‑date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance. Achieve and Excel: Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment that supports store goals. Salary and Benefits Part Time – Hourly Rate: $30.33 per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age). Penalty Rates: Additional 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for Saturday, 100% for Sunday, and 150% for public holidays. First 2 months guaranteed while you learn on board.
