What You’ll Tackle Daily: In this role, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition and have the longer-term opportunity to revamp the whole recruitment function as our business grows. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiations. Providing expert guidance to clients and candidates and our consultants throughout the hiring process. Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including attracting candidates through proactive sourcing and talent pooling. Staying ahead of recruitment trends and refining hiring strategies accordingly. What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for a people-first recruiter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. If you’re looking for a role which leverages your solid agency experience without the business development, then keep reading… Intermediate level experience in recruitment; ideally as consultant/agency role. A degree or certification in HR, Recruitment, or Business (preferred but not essential). Strong outcome and accountabilities orientation (as we track billable client hours). Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships, demonstrate credibility, manage stakeholder expectations and engage with a wide range of clients and candidates. Problem-solving mindset with a knack for finding creative solutions to recruitment challenges. Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively. Tech-savvy, with experience using recruitment software, LinkedIn, Seek, and other sourcing tools. Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in a small, high-performing team.
