Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the clients you are matched with. HammondCare HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of the clients cared for by HammondCare. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
