Our team consists of both paediatric and adult speech pathologists working across the community, general hospital and mental health settings. We strive to provide exceptional value-based healthcare to the people of western NSW, by upholding the CORE values and strategic directions of the organisation. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will support the delivery of high-quality speech pathology services across both adult and paediatric caseloads within our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Working under the delegation and supervision of Speech Pathologists, you will assist with the preparation and implementation of assessment and therapy activities, facilitate individual and group programs, and contribute to positive outcomes for consumers and their caregivers. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of communication and swallowing presentations, supporting clients in acute, subacute, community, and outpatient settings. Your responsibilities will include setting up therapy materials, assisting with mealtime support and communication programs, creating therapy resources, completing delegated documentation and administration, and supporting service improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about helping others.
