Overview We are a well-established trade services provider specializing in building, restoration and emergency works across the Insurance and Strata sectors. From fire and flood to storm damage and structural repairs – we deliver critical services that make a difference. Operations span nationally. We are now seeking a Desktop Supervisor to join our Burleigh Heads HQ on a 3 month contract through the uni/Christmas break. Full training and mentoring will be provided, with future opportunities for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Manage insurance claims valued up to $15,000 via desktop, ensuring procurement of materials, allocation of relevant trades, and coordination of workflows to complete projects on time and within budget. Work with internal stakeholders on the management and allocation of works. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns to ensure high‑quality works. Maintain health and safety standards on job sites, ensuring all team members follow safety protocols. What You’ll Bring Studying Construction at Uni or TAFE, or has worked on the tools and seeking office experience. Ideally has experience in the insurance industry, engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple projects. Experience as an Insurance Desktop Supervisor – A BIG BONUS Strong time‑management abilities. Excellent communication skills and a can‑do attitude. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively at once is necessary. Familiarity with Prime Ecosystem = extra points. Ready to Apply?
