Casual Personal Assistant (Part-Time – Afternoon Hours, On-Site) We are two directors and co-owners of a growing, health-focused business seeking a personable, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant to support us in managing day-to-day business operations and help us stay focused on growth. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic small business environment, juggling a variety of tasks with professionalism and a positive attitude. The position includes administrative, coordination, and occasional personal assistance duties. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, bookings, appointments, and reminders Email and inbox management, follow-ups, and light admin Liaise professionally with patients, suppliers, and service providers Assist with business projects and workflow support Coordinate occasional personal errands or logistics Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times About You Energetic, reliable, and people-oriented Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Confident with technology (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, online systems) Self-motivated and able to work independently Previous experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar role is highly regarded This is a casual position with set hours : 1:00pm to 6:00pm, 2–3 afternoons per week (Tuesday to Friday) Regular, consistent shifts provide reliability and work-life balance while maintaining the flexibility of casual employment Pay rate of $30-35 per hour in line with award conditions What We Offer Consistent afternoon hours with the flexibility of casual employment A supportive, respectful, and values-driven work environment The opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a purpose-led health business In a clinic at our modern Norwest location To Apply Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience, availability, and why you are interested in this role.
