You’ll play a key role in supporting residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities. Your responsibilities will include promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by helping them live full, purposeful lives. Roster Line 2 – 52 hours Week 1: Tue 9:45pm–7:15am, Fri 3:00–9:30pm Roster Line 4 – 48 hours Week 1: Mon, Thu, Fri 6:45am–1:15pm Week 2: Tue, Wed 6:45am–1:15pm, Thu, Fri, Sat 3:00–9:30pm Week 1: Tue, Wed, Thur & Fri : 6:45am – 1:15pm Week 2: Tue, Wed, Thur & Fri : 6:45am – 1:15pm Why Join Us? Ideally, you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or you are working towards it—or willing to obtain it.
