Graduate Commercial Contract Administrator Graduate Commercial Contract Administration for 35 year old building company - Head Office in North Parramatta, with active projects across the Greater Sydney Metro region and beyond into regional NSW areas. Extensive scope within our Heritage, Transport Infrastructure, and Construction divisions to deliver project, site, and office contract admin. Rapid seeks a keen, passionate Graduate Commerical CA with preferably 5 years' minimum experience to join our team. A salary PACKAGE in the $75k-$100k range will be negotiated with successful candidate dependent on qualifications & level of industry-based experience. General Induction for Construction is essential & you must be currently authorised to work in Australia. Essential attributes self-starter - build on practical site experience in a busy, mid-tier environment solid theory in project & contract administration excellent spoken/written communication skills excellent command of English effective communication with site staff including Rapid workers, tradespeople, subbies and others advanced computer literacy: Windows + MS Office + Project ability to think objectively & critically familiarity with National Construction Code, Australian Standards, WHSE legislation read & interpret drawings, specifications & scopes of work Desirable attributes experience in the use of Project Management software platforms e.g. Jobpac, Fieldview practical experience in new-build/refurbishment/remediation projects in government, commercial, industrial, & civil sectors practical experience in transport infrastructure knowledge of trade rough-in & finishing for carpentry, concrete, hydraulics, electrical, structural steel, bricklaying, roofing take on occasional onsite roles travel regionally e.g. 200km from Sydney CBD for work purposes using MS Project assisting in development of professional/technical engineering procedures/processes familiarity with ISO9001 including preparation of ITPs Benefits practical and varied site, project & contract management supporting Project Managers, Site Managers & Senior Team, to build your career – constant opportunities to join our teams on active sites - be directly involved in day-to-day running of projects we are a tight-knit, energetic & diverse team delivering projects for commercial, government and other clients up to approx. $10m long-term opportunities with solid career progression multiple work streams across our heritage, construction, transport infrastructure teams - opportunities to move around, try different things big small, including working directly with trade subcontractors/consultants in real site activity trust, respect, flexible working conditions Send your CV/resume and a covering letter; contact Alex on for more info #J-18808-Ljbffr
