Senior Recruitment Consultant at Talent International Complaints Specialist - Superannuation Day rate contract until April 30th, 2026 | Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days on-site) | Healthy day rates. Our client, a leading name in the superannuation industry, is seeking an experienced Complaints Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll take ownership of both internal and external complaints management, ensuring fair outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Manage and administer the internal dispute resolution process. Deal with any complaints that are made through the external dispute resolution body, Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) or litigation in consultation with the internal Legal team. Liaise with employees to obtain all necessary information relevant to a complaint. Meet with Legal & Secretariat as required to obtain advice relating to the complaint. Liaise with Risk & Compliance as necessary relating to complaints. When necessary, respond to correspondence from the regulators or external dispute resolution bodies. Complete initial analysis of the root cause of complaints and make recommendations to ensure that controls are appropriately enhanced if needed. Maintain and administer the complaints register. About You Full Australian working rights. At least 3 years' experience in a similar or related role within the superannuation industry RG 146 Accreditation is highly advantageous. Excellent product based superannuation knowledge. Excellent written and communication skills. Excellent research and analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of corporate and retail superannuation.
