Structural Designer Modeller KBR, Inc. – Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Join our Infrastructure Solutions team as a key contributor to BIM delivery, overseeing structural projects from defence and infrastructure to major buildings. In this role you will mentor junior modellers, drive design quality, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary partners to achieve budget, schedule, and quality goals. The Opportunity Australian Citizenship is required, and you must be eligible for a security clearance with the Australian Defence Force. You will play a pivotal role in delivering BIM solutions across a range of projects, demonstrating leadership and design expertise while helping our team grow and excel. Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Design or Engineering and has hands‑on experience with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Revizto on Building, Defence, and Infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of BIM delivery for government and non‑government projects is essential. You should be able to produce project documentation that meets multidisciplinary requirements, stay within budget, schedule, and quality parameters, and foster a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.
