We are committed to providing training and education, and offer regular continuing professional development for staff.\* Under the direction of the senior Nuclear Medicine Technologists, you will provide quality general Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT examinations in a safe environment.\* Excellent technical and clinical skills in the full range of general Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures.\* Experience in the preparation, handling and administration of radiopharmaceuticals.\* Excellent communication skills.\*Awareness of all aspects of radiation safety as they pertain to the practices of Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Classifications for this position will range from **CH6-CH9** **Your Contribution**\* Bachelor of Applied Science / Medical Radiations in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent\* Current Medical Radiation Practitioner registration with AHPRA to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist\* Radiation use licence issued by the Department of Health\* Experience sufficient to permit eligibility for accreditation by the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nuclear Medicine (ANZSNM)\* Current National criminal history check, or willingness to obtain **What we Offer**\* Salary Packaging – Increase your take home pay\* In the heart of Fitzroy, CBD at our doorstep, close to some of Melbourne’s best cafes, public transport and lots of carparks \* Culture of continuous improvement **About Nuclear Medicine**The Nuclear Medicine and PET departments at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne offer a full range of both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and are equipped with state of the art SPECT/CT cameras, and a PET/CT scanner. **Working at St Vincent’s** St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) is a leading teaching, research and tertiary health service.
