Commercial Lines Insurance - Account Manager - Origins in LaGrange Oakbridge Insurance Agency is a new kind of insurance and risk management agency with the mission to transform and elevate the way business is done in our industry. In this role, the Commercial Lines Account Manager will play a critical role in supporting the marketing, servicing and underwriting processes of Commercial Lines accounts. The Account Manager ensures client records are accurate, renewals processed timely, endorsements handled efficiently, and client communications are clear. Work Performed Manage a book of commercial lines business, including renewals, policy changes, billing and day-to-day servicing Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers and internal team members Support new business production efforts in collaboration with producers and account executives Evaluate client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Coordinate and process policy documents, including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries and certificates Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies and tracking outstanding payments Participate in client and carrier meetings as needed Job Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required) Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities Proactive problem‑solving and analytical abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Education / Experience 3+ years experience with Commercial Lines insurance is , but not required Familiarity with agency workflows and management systems (e.g., Applied Epic) is a plus Understanding of agency workflows and procedures Benefits Benefits include a 401(k) plan with immediate participation, company match, and immediate 100% vesting.
