The Role Provides leadership including staff training and development opportunities and develops the capacity of others through effective mentoring and commit to effective performance measurements at individual and team levels. Provides leadership and manages, to build and optimise people's capabilities to develop a motivated and cohesive work team. Drives the achievement of individual and collective team goals; including working within multidisciplinary teams within a project management framework. Leads and manages a team to drive and champion the implementation and engagement of safety reform, continuous improvement and change management approaches.
