ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join our Novated Leasing team. This pivotal role reports to the Product Director - Novated and is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic relationships with employer partners to drive program success, employee engagement and business growth. As the primary interface between Custom Fleet and its key clients, you will ensure Novated Leasing programs are well-embedded, understood and delivering value across all levels of the client organisation. You will work closely with internal teams including Relationship Managers, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product to deliver seamless onboarding, tailored engagement strategies and continuous communication. RESPONSIBILITIES Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with key employer accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point for employer contacts. Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of novated leasing programs. Develop tailored engagement plans to drive employee awareness and participation. Coordinate onsite and virtual engagement events (roadshows, webinars). Monitor and report on account performance, including uptake and satisfaction metrics. Analyse trends and present data‑driven insights to clients. Collaborate internally to support delivery excellence and continuous improvement. Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support retention strategies. Represent Custom Fleet at industry events and networking opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 5+ years in client engagement, relationship management or account management (ideally B2B). Prior experience in Novated Leasing, Fleet or Financial Services strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and delivering business outcomes. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or related field desirable. Experience managing large or complex client accounts. Organised & Detail‑Oriented: Capable of managing multiple priorities, events, and client deliverables with precision. Collaborative & Influential: Works effectively across functions, bringing people together to solve problems and deliver value. Tech‑Savvy: Confident using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), reporting tools and digital engagement platforms. Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Comfortable interpreting data to uncover insights, drive decisions and resolve issues proactively.
