Overview Assist with daily administration functions and specialised debt campaigns within Enforcement and Support Services. About Us Enforcement and Support Services (ESS) is a business unit within Fines and Enforcement Services (FES) of the Department of Justice and Community Safety's Courts, Civil and Criminal Law group, responsible for managing the end‑to‑end infringement system in Victoria. The Debt Program Team (DPT) designs programs for collection and enforcement of infringement fines and court fines. The Role The Debt Program Officer will assist in daily functions and specialised debt campaigns of the DPT including end‑to‑end SMS and mail campaigns; bankruptcy, liquidation and administration processes, deregistered corporate entities and the implementation of administrative sanctions. Key Duties Investigate and take appropriate action on a caseload of assigned debtors to gain engagement and compliance. Prepare debtor dossiers using investigative tools. Prepare reports, briefing materials and presentations and support more complex matters. About You To be successful you will be able to demonstrate: Knowledge or capacity to learn the functions and operations of ESS with understanding of the end‑to‑end fines system. Understanding or capacity to learn the legislation applicable to debt, specifically the Fines Reform Act 2014. Experience in investigations or debt recovery. How to Apply Click the Apply button.
