SmartClinics Annandale Family Medical Centre is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, enjoy working with a range of stakeholders including Doctors, Allied Health, Peers, and most importantly, our patients at our SmartClinics Annandale clinic. Our centre is a friendly, family‑oriented private practice with 8 extremely dedicated and experienced doctors, offering a range of services to our patients. About the position We are looking for someone who: Is confident, professional, honest, reliable and has a great personality Has excellent verbal and communication skills with an exceptional phone manner Has a high standard of presentation Has the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment Has the ability to be flexible Duties would include reception, appointment bookings, billing and general administrative duties Desired skills and experience: Professional approach with a ‘can‑do’ attitude Ability to manage within a busy workplace setting with fluctuating levels of demand Be able to work in a team environment and independently Experience with Best Practice software is desirable Flexibility to cover additional hours for sick and annual leave Why work for us?
