About our Award‑Winning Graduate Programme What will you be doing? In the year‑long graduate programme, you’ll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses, then depending on your skill set you’ll be off doing project work – it could be software development if that’s your jam, or organisational change management or business analysis if that’s what your skills are aligned to. As a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation, we take emerging tech to collaborate with clients to design solutions using cloud, digital and platforms. We work on pretty great projects with pretty great clients Our graduates typically work in roles in the areas of Software Development, DevOps, People Change Management, Business Analysis and Program Management Office. Our Criteria To be considered, you will need to satisfy the following requirements: A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree during the last two years Be able to commence full‑time work from early 2025 Great communication skills, resilience and an outstanding customer‑service ethic A sense of humour – “Fun” has been a company value for 50 years Individuals who care about our people, our community and our planet and who are aligned with our values You will need to supply a cover letter.
