B&S Printing (B & S Printing) is looking for an Account Manager / Customer Service officer to become part of a dynamic team. We are one of Australia’s largest printers of safety products to industry and mining. Working in our modern premises which is centrally located in Belmont, your knowledge and expertise will ensure you become an integral part of our team. B&S Printing is a medium sized company with 35 staff. Centrally located factory in Belmont. We have been in the industry for over 35 years with many long‑term, blue‑chip clients. What we are looking for This opportunity suits a highly driven individual who can work autonomously, enjoys working with customers and finding solutions to their requirements. You will be able to communicate effectively with a variety of customers and assist the sales team with preparing jobs and quotes. Preferably, you have previous experience in the printing and/or safety industry but this is not essential. Responsibilities Manage and develop strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met on time and with excellent service. Collaborate and manage with internal teams to ensure the design and production of each job is completed on time and to the client’s requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all enquiries. Identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers. Benefits Friendly working environment.
