All applicants will be contacted for an interview as soon as possible About the role: Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage acrossGreater Sydney and Central West regional areas Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings Food Safety Supervisory Certification Create hero moments for customers Create nutritious meals and snacks in line with the food services program Ensure detailed compliance with the food safety program Oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events At Opal HealthCare we are dedicated to our purpose to bring joy to those we care for.
