About the Job As a high-impact Associate Director – Customer & Brand, you will lead strategic engagements that help clients use brand and customer experience to create value and drive meaningful relationships. This leadership role offers exposure across industries and project types, enabling you to contribute to end-to-end advisory solutions that combine strategy, brand, and marketing execution. You will work on exciting and varied projects, collaborating with internal teams, clients and at times other ecosystem partners to deliver integrated solutions and ensure work is carried through to fruition. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver customer and brand strategy engagements, including customer‑led commercial strategy, brand positioning, architecture and platform development, and go‑to‑market strategy. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, segmentation studies, and customer insights to inform strategic recommendations. Design and optimise operating models, including agency partner ecosystems and campaign workflows. Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across paid, owned, shared, and earned channels. Review media and creative deliverables, provide pitch advisory, and support stewardship projects. Develop product strategy and innovation initiatives, including Retail Media Network projects and partnership optimisation. Assess business performance against KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations. Prepare high‑quality client materials including presentations, reports, and business cases. Lead, coach, and mentor project teams, including Tenet team members, client personnel, and external partners. Engage and influence senior client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving impact. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high‑quality output and attention to detail. Demonstrate strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other visualization tools to communicate insights effectively. About You 6+ years’ experience in brand, marketing, customer, media, CX, or operational advisory is strongly preferred. Strong analytical, research, and strategic insight capabilities. Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients. Experience preparing and presenting high‑quality client materials. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial judgment, attention to detail, and a hands‑on, proactive approach. Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to innovate and challenge the status quo. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, strategy, or related discipline.
