Job Summary Senior Bus Driver – Careers at Council – Baulkham Hills, New South Wales Position type: Permanent, Full-time (9‑day fortnight) Salary: $69,000 per annum (excluding superannuation) Responsibilities Implement bus rosters to meet planned service activities as scheduled by the HCC transport administration team. Maintain safety standards in a community transport service environment. Supervise bus drivers to ensure aged care quality standards and work health & safety standards are met. Coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the bus depot, including opening and closing, safe parking, cleanliness, morning toolbox talks and report preparation. Assess the roadworthiness of each bus by conducting daily inspections before departure. Recommend procedures and actions to the Team Leader Transport. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience driving a bus. Bus Driver Authority NSW. Driver’s Licence minimum Class LR – NSW. First Aid – CPR (HLTAID009). First Aid – (HLTAID011).
