About the Role As our RTO Compliance & Training Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Registered Training Organisation meets regulatory standards while delivering high-quality learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Compliance & Audit Readiness: Monitor adherence to Standards for RTOs (2015), maintain documentation, and support ASQA audits. Training Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and improve training content aligned with legislation and sector standards. System Administration: Manage our Learning Management System (Moodle) and Student Management System (VETtrak) to ensure accuracy, security, and seamless learner experience. Student Services: Oversee enrolments, records, and certification processes with exceptional attention to detail. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that enhance compliance, learner engagement, and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, values accuracy, and enjoys working across compliance, technology, and education. About You You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident navigating compliance frameworks and digital systems. You will bring: Experience in RTO compliance, training development, or student administration. Proficiency in Moodle and VETtrak (or similar LMS/SMS platforms). Strong written communication and documentation skills. Ability to interpret legislation and apply it to training content. Qualifications in Learning & Development or Education Technology.
