Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RTO Manager to lead our Registered Training Organisation. This pivotal role drives quality learning outcomes, ensures compliance, and fosters strategic growth. Reporting to the Managing Director and Board, the RTO Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and champion continuous improvement across all training services. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage staff across training, compliance, and administration Ensure compliance with training package rules, funding contracts, and RTO standards Drive business growth through strategic planning and new revenue opportunities Oversee reporting, auditing, and quality assurance processes Maintain high standards in service delivery, student support, and stakeholder engagement Contribute to tenders and manage budgets effectively Promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture Skills, Attributes, and Experience Proven experience in RTO operations and team leadership Strong understanding of State and Federal training funding and compliance Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to meet KPIs and drive business development Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle Working with Children Check Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) About You Minimum 4 years’ experience in RTO management or compliance Strong knowledge of ASQA and vocational education requirements Knowledge of student management system Demonstrated leadership and team management experience TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) #J-18808-Ljbffr
