About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced leader to join our team as our RTO Manager for Total Height Safety. As you will be running the RTO, your depth of experience in the RTO space is a given, as is your drive to get things done. We’re looking for someone to lead the team, develop and execute on the strategy, update our processes and create your own, while ensuring that the RTO meets all compliance requirements and maintains delivery of high quality training. As a member of the RISE Group leadership team, you will be directly contributing to the strategic outcomes of the Total Height Safety, while also ensuring that the business thrives operationally. You are experienced in leading and running a small RTO, and all that entails, managing operational process through to compliance requirements, managing a pool of trainers, and helping identify future strategic opportunities You have an inquiring mind, and thrive in a fast paced environment where you are able to take initiative and drive to get things done. You are naturally able to see the big picture, make strategic and well thought out decisions, take calculated risks, and enjoy seeing the results of your work. You like to be challenged, and to have independence in your work. You have experience with aXcelerate or similar online training management platforms. We are developing a purpose built training space in Silverwater that will be ready by the end of the year.
