Project This role is based in Orange and focuses on the Uungula Wind Farm development project. Job Summary As a Quantity Surveyor, you will estimate and monitor construction costs from feasibility through to construction and beyond, playing a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy and commercial direction. Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate first‑principles estimates (direct and indirect costs) Support the end‑to‑end bid process – pricing, methodology, risk assessment, tender reviews, and submissions Produce clear, accurate, and high‑quality tender documentation and presentations Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Your Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying Competent in all construction cost management services Superior English verbal and written communication skills, including report writing Minimum of 12 months QS experience in Australia Good communication, presentation, and professional standards Strong organisational and time management skills with a flexible work attitude to meet deadlines Analytical, meticulous, with strong attention to detail Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Computer literate with good spreadsheet skills Enthusiastic, adaptable, self‑motivated, responsible, ethical and honest Hands‑on attitude and ability to work within a team and fit into a hard‑working culture Australian citizenship or permanent residency (preferred) Upon conditional offer, candidates must complete additional job‑related screening processes as permitted or required by law Important: Do not provide bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
