About The Role AFL NSW/ACT Coach Developers deliver coach learning methods (coach education, facilitation, assessment, mentoring and reflection) with club coaches within their coaching context at club level. They identify individual performance and learning needs, target whole-club coaching development, and focus on coaching behavioural change and a player‑centred environment. We will be closed for our annual closure period from 22 December 2025, returning 12 January 2026. Applications will not be responded to during this time.
