About the job We are looking for a talented and experienced Customer technical support professional to join our team in Mulgrave, Victoria. The ideal candidate will need to have an understanding of home battery technology and be able to provide excellent customer support and technical assistance. Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers regarding battery storage systems, inverters, and related electrical equipment via phone, email etc. Diagnose and resolve technical issues through phone, email, or on-site assistance when required Develop and implement customer support processes and procedures Assist customers with product usage, installation, and maintenance guidance Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve complex issues Preparation of technical reports to support evidence of compliance with technical and safety requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical, or Renewable Engineering or any equivalent qualification Strong understanding of Solar inverters and battery systems.
