The Opportunity Come and discover the opportunity to join our BlueScope Distribution business in our Westall team as an Warehouse Team Member. BlueScope Distribution is a provider of single-source product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best. In this exciting role, you will be a key member of our warehouse team, operating forklifts and overhead cranes to move stock and load and unload trucks. You will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of our Team Member role, allowing for future career development opportunities including machine operations. This is a full‑time permanent position working Monday to Friday day shift (5.30am-2pm). You'll receive a competitive hourly rate plus annual bonus incentive. In addition, you will have access to various health and wellbeing initiatives including Employment Assistance Program, Employee Real Deals and ongoing learning, support and training to expand your skills. What Will You Do?
