As a Senior Adviser, Work Integrated Learning, you will: Drive student participation by implementing programs and initiatives that enhance work-integrated learning opportunities. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to develop, manage, and support student placements in line with university policies. Provide ethical and strategic advice to students and stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations on work-integrated learning. Develop practical solutions that address work-integrated learning challenges while meeting student and stakeholder needs. Maintain accurate records of work-integrated learning activities, including placements, internships, study tours, and career events. To be successful, you’ll have: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field, such as higher education, student advising, or career education. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience collaborating across business, government, community sectors, and students. Experience navigating complex administrative structures , policies, and procedures, preferably within higher education. Expertise in student advising, career education, or international education , supporting student success and employability. Knowledge of the graduate employment landscape , including industry trends and workforce requirements.
