Due to growth, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. If you an experienced Accounts allrounder who enjoys a hands-on role, and is motivated by continuous improvement and positive change, this is the role for you About the role : Whilst working in a supportive team environment you will need to be able to work autonomously. Reporting to the Financial Manager this role will include : Full function Accounts Payable Matching, batching, and coding of invoices Full function Accounts Receivable Billing, receipting, and allocation of payments Bank, credit card and supplier statement reconciliations Managing creditor enquiries Assisting with month end accruals Assisting with automation projects and system implementation Other ad hoc tasks within the scope of the role. About you : To be successful in this role you will have worked within a hands-on Accounts Officer role with experience using Xero / MYOB, coupled with intermediate Excel skills.You will have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.Proactivity, honesty, and a good work ethic is at the top of the list for this client. Your excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills will be a great advantage in this role. What’s on offer?
