About The Opportunity We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our Nowra team on a full-time basis. As the face of our clinic, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and referrers in a fast-paced environment, seeing between 120 and 180 patients per day so you’ll never be bored What You Can Expect Comprehensive training: Enjoy comprehensive specialised training from your very first day to set you up for success. A supportive, tight-knit team: Join a large, friendly team of Medical Receptionists, working closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals. A structured roster: Work Monday to Friday on a rotating schedule between 6:30 am and 8:30 pm. Optional Saturday overtime: If you’re looking for extra hours, you can opt-in for Saturday shifts no obligation Must be available to work at Nowra and Ulladulla. Your Role Be the welcoming face of the clinic, handling patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing and invoicing. Operate our booking system efficiently. Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting. About You Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and patient care. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a receptionist is, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting. Comfortable working with different databases and systems.
