Disability Support Worker (Short Shifts and Split Shifts) WORK TYPE: Disability Support Worker (Short Shifts and Split Shifts) ABOUT US At McCall, we provide high‑quality, person‑centred services for people with disability—including supported accommodation, short‑term stays, community participation, and support coordination. About the Role We’re currently seeking compassionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join our team for inactive sleepover shifts (2–3 per week), followed by morning support. If you’re flexible, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives—we want to hear from you. What We Offer Access to on‑call support Tax‑free income benefits via salary packaging (up to $15,900) Free and confidential Employee Assistance Program A supportive and inclusive team environment Key Responsibilities Support individuals to achieve goals in line with their NDIS plan Provide personal care and assist with daily living tasks Perform domestic duties (e.g. laundry, cleaning) Administer medications as per individual plans Support community participation and engagement Respond appropriately to behaviours of concern Mandatory Checks and Licences Working with Children Check Right to work in Australia Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience Ready to Join Us?
