What you will do Conduct engaging tours and appointments (in-person, virtual, floorplans, images) to showcase our retirement living accommodation and amenities Collaborate with the Sales Hub to convert leads into happy residents. Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families Ensure timely, caring responses to customer questions and concerns Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality in our CRM system Why Join Us? What you will bring Strong relationship‑building skills and a warm, professional approach. Able to nurture customer relationships Experience in needs‑based sales ideally in Retirement Living, Aged Care, or property. Resilient and adaptable—comfortable with change, ambiguity, and flexing into new systems and situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a caring, professional approach Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle Exposure to the Retirement Living Act and Regulations is a plus.
