Tasks & Responsibilities: Lead by Example: Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and premium service behind the bar. Operational Excellence: Oversee day‑to‑day bar operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance. Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Brand Standards & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet Icebergs standards for quality, compliance, and man‑hours. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with Restaurant Managers, chefs, and front‑of‑house teams to deliver a seamless experience. What You Bring: Positive & charismatic leader who can thrive in a quick‑paced environment. Eager to step into the next stage of your career and grow within a premium venue. 7+ years working in high‑quality, fast‑paced environments in leadership positions. Experience in managing Quality, Compliance, Man‑Hours and delivering Brand Standards. Requirements: Proven experience managing a high‑performing bar team. RSA Certificate and relevant food safety knowledge. Leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
