Responsibilities Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phone Provide 2nd level investigation support for customer queries and incidents Keep detailed records of customers interactions Monitor application system logs Execute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applications Support during the roll‑out of applications Create User Guides User Training on site Qualifications Self‑motivated and persistent with a desire to learn Enjoys helping people Computer literate to a basic level Demonstrate a logical and methodical approach Good oral and written communication skills Exhibit empathy and patience during interactions with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Single Private Medical Cover (option to select family cover at an additional cost) 25 days paid holiday (includes 3 company nominated days) with the option to buy/sell up to 5 days 4 × basic salary life assurance cover A Group Pension Plan with fantastic employer contributions A selection of tax efficient flexible benefits to suit your individual needs The role offers a competitive salary Additional Information Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre‑existing right to work and travel within the EU.
