About the Role We are seeking a highly capable individual with proven experience as a precast production supervisor. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the leading hands whilst reporting directly to the Production Manager to ensure the seamless, efficient coordination of tasks across production teams to maintain workflow continuity and meet project deadlines. This means actively monitoring work practices to ensure all safety protocols are followed, quality checks are consistently performed, and productivity targets are met. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Supervise the leading hands ensuring efficient coordination across production teams to maintain workflow and meet deadlines. Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop the works program and assist in monitoring construction costs, identifying key risk areas and potential opportunities. Deliver productivity and efficiency targets in line with the agreed production schedule whilst communicating any issues that may impact delivery or compliance. Work collaboratively with the Quality Manager and Leading Hands to ensure consistent quality in production by overseeing all stages of the manufacturing process and swiftly addressing any defects or deviations from standards. Regular review of project documentation & requirements, with active participation in planning meetings. Consistently uphold Safety, Quality, and Productivity as core objectives in the execution of all tasks, setting a strong example for the team and reinforcing these priorities in daily operations. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to the team to help them achieve objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Support other work areas when needed, ensuring flexibility and teamwork to maintain smooth operations and achieve overall production targets. Take receipt of deliveries when required including loading/unloading products and materials. Maintain a clean, orderly and safe yard and factory environment. About You Proven experience working as a precast Production Supervisor Strong Leadership, organisational & collaborative skills Excellent English language communication skills both verbally and in written form Proficient working with Microsoft Office software Committed to upholding high standards with a meticulous eye for detail Highly motivated and goal-oriented Ability to read and interpret shop drawings Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on hours worked or duration of employment Remuneration Annual Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience - circa $120K This is a full-time role based at our precast facility in Yennora How to Apply To be considered for this position apply via SEEK attaching your resume with a brief cover letter and relevant documents showcasing why you are the right fit for our team.
