Site Manager - Luxury House | Mandarin Speaking Preferred Lead luxury residential project based in the Mosman, project value at $12M+ Renowned business with prestigious iCIRT Trustworthy rating Internal training and progression opportunities are available The Company Our client is a premier developer-builder specializing in high-end luxury residential homes across NSW. With a robust portfolio of landmark projects in the Sydney and North Shore region, the company has recently experienced significant growth in active projects. The close-knit team is now looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a new oceanfront luxury home build in Mosman. As part of a pipeline of luxury projects, this is a financially rewarding and longstanding position with a privately owned developer-builder with a secure career pathway to Project Manager. Your Role As the Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Ensuring Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) compliance on-site Leading site inductions and conducting toolbox talks Coordinating all labor activities, including subcontractor management Running weekly site meetings with subcontractor supervisors Preparing and tracking fortnightly construction programs Managing material orders and deliveries Organizing site setup, including cranes, sheds, toilets, scaffolding, and other requirements Reviewing building practices to ensure efficient methodologies are employed Implementing and overseeing quality control procedures Ensuring compliance with Building Commissioner regulations Maintaining adherence to Australian Building Standards throughout the construction process Managing and ensuring the submission of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) by subcontractors Preparing and submitting progress reports to the Construction Manager Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of construction procedures Conducting daily safety inspections on-site Leading and mediating between stakeholders and site personnel Maintaining accurate site diaries and documenting progress through photos Liaising with consultants, council representatives, and neighboring properties Identifying and minimizing risks to ensure safety and efficiency Assisting in preparing the scope of works for various trades You will have… Over 7 years of experience managing high-end luxury residential home projects Proven track record in luxury home projects valued at over $5 million In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, project management, and site operations A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Excellent stakeholder communication skills and time management ability Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends Certificate III in Carpentry and Certificate IV in Building and Construction Computer literacy is an advantage Mandarin speaking can be a plus; however not mandatory If you are interested in this opportunity or want to know more about the role, click 'Apply Now'.
