As we continue to grow our global presence, we’re seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our brand into its next chapter. This role is for a fixed‑term parental leave cover for a minimum of nine months, with the potential to extend to 12 months. What you’ll do Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Marketing leads the marketing vision for by charlotte; uniting creativity and commercial strategy to tell our story with purpose and impact. With an omnichannel mindset, you’ll drive brand awareness, customer connection, and sustainable growth through inspired storytelling, data‑led insight, and beautifully executed campaigns that reflect our brand essence. You’ll guide a talented Marketing and Creative team, shaping the evolution of our brand and deepening our community connection with clarity, leadership, and heart. Key responsibilities include: Marketing Strategy Lead the development and execution of by charlotte’s long‑term marketing and brand strategy to strengthen awareness and deliver on business goals. Champion and evolve the brand’s positioning, identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints. Evaluate and drive new brand, partnership, and growth opportunities, managing initiatives end‑to‑end from concept to post‑campaign review. Marketing Operations Create and manage an integrated marketing calendar that aligns with trade priorities, launches, and storytelling moments across retail, e‑commerce, and wholesale. Partner cross‑functionally to translate business objectives into impactful, customer‑focused marketing and PR initiatives. Oversee visual merchandising, in‑store branding, and POS design to ensure a cohesive and elevated brand experience. Function Leadership Oversee the full 360° marketing, PR, and campaign lifecycle — from concept through execution, performance review, and optimisation. Direct PR, influencer, and social strategies to build brand engagement and community connection. Collaborate with Digital, Design, and Planning teams to ensure cohesive, timely deployment of marketing assets. Manage marketing budgets, analytics, and reporting to ensure performance and accountability. Team Development Lead, mentor, and inspire the Marketing and Creative teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand work. Build team capability through clear progression pathways, effective processes, and collaborative culture. About you You’ll bring 8+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, or communications (ideally within retail, fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle) with a proven track record leading integrated campaigns across retail and digital channels. You’re a strategic storyteller with strong creative direction and commercial acumen, combining data‑led insight with a sharp eye for design and brand integrity. A natural leader, you build high‑performing teams and foster meaningful partnerships.
