Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience. Specific Selection Criteria Approve to teach special education and/or experience/willingness to teach students with a variety of disabilities including autism, sensory impairments, communication need and behaviour difficulties. Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team and build positive relationships with all students, staff, parents, external agencies, and members of the wider community. Ability to develop and deliver differentiated learning experiences to students with complex learning needs, with a focus on improving student outcomes. Evidence of strong classroom management strategies and wellbeing programmes, which enhance student engagement and development of social skills. Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
