Senior Policy Officer

This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full time appointment with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. We currently have one Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 2.5years. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 28 February 2027. Position Profile The Chief Allied Health Office (CAHO) is seeking to appoint a dynamic individual who will contribute to the development and implementation of policy responses relating to allied health policy and practice. This role includes the opportunity to contribute to the Enhanced Access Community Pharmacy Pilot (EACPP), which aims to improve access for Western Australians to treatment for a range of common health conditions. There may also be opportunities within the other CAHO portfolios, including broader allied health policy and workforce initiatives such as career pathways.
