Clinical Care Manager

We're searching for a Clinical Care Manager who leads with heart — someone who can guide a close knit team and ensure residents not only receive high quality care, but feel seen, heard, and respected every single day. About the Role : You'll be at the centre of a small residential aged care service, supporting Elders and Seniors to live with dignity, choice, and connection. As the Clinical Care Manager, you'll lead the care team and work closely with the General Manager to make sure every resident gets the care they deserve. This is a hands on leadership role where your voice matters, your ideas are valued, and your impact is real. What You'll Be Doing Leading the delivery of safe, thoughtful, person centred care Making sure care plans and assessments are up to date and meaningful Supporting your team through coaching, training, and regular feedback Managing clinical compliance, care minutes and AN-ACC documentation Driving quality improvement – and making sure what we do, we do well What You'll Need AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Full Australian working rights Experience in aged care leadership or coordination Strong understanding of clinical governance, AN-ACC, and aged care standards Confidence using care systems like AutumnCare (or similar) Also Required Current driver's licence First Aid & CPR Annual flu vax Willing to complete Infection Control Lead training (we'll support you) Why You’ll Love It Here Be part of a small, passionate team where people genuinely care Lead with purpose in a culturally grounded, community focused service Why Work with Us?
