About the Role This rewarding leadership role combines clinical excellencewith people-centred management. As the Clinical Care Manager at MountEsk, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality, individualised clinical care,leading a dedicated team of RNs, ENs, and ECAs to uphold the highest standardsof safety, compliance, and compassion. You’ll play a key role in shaping the care experience forour residents, supporting staff development, and maintaining a culture wherequality, empathy, and accountability go hand in hand. Working collaborativelywith residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure Mount Eskcontinues to be a place where people feel valued, supported, and at home. Key Responsibilities Oversee and lead clinical operations within the MountEsk facility, ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality care Manage assessments, care planning, anddocumentation to reflect individual empowerment and partnership in care Mentor, coach, and support nursing and careteams to deliver care aligned with SCC expectations and regulatory requirements Build trusted, professional relationships withresidents, families, and stakeholders, communicating clearly and with empathy Effectively allocate and manage staffing,equipment, and clinical resources to ensure safe and efficient operations Promote adherence to SCC policies, aged carestandards, and legislative frameworks Actively participate in continuous improvementinitiatives and quality audits Lead and support performance conversations,professional development, and team engagement Identify and manage risk, ensuring compliancewith all safety and governance requirements Foster a positive, collaborative teamenvironment that reflects SCC’s values About You You’re an empathetic, capable, and values-driven clinicalleader who thrives in a role where people and purpose come first. You combinestrong clinical acumen with the ability to lead and inspire others, ensuringexcellence in both care delivery and team culture.
