Job Description As the Dossier Support Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring that enlistment and appointment documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with ADF standards. You will be responsible for managing the administrative requirements for each candidate, ensuring all documentation is finalised in time for scheduled enlistment dates. This role is primarily focused on back-end coordination and documentation management, with limited direct interaction with candidates. Your ability to maintain data integrity, adhere to regulatory requirements, and support internal teams is essential in preparing enlisted ADF personnel for service. You will: Manage the administrative aspects of the enlistment process, ensuring all procedures are followed and documentation meets compliance requirements. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, organisational policies, and standards of practice throughout the enlistment process. Have a clear understanding of individual and team performance and productivity goals, KPIs and supporting resources providing data, information and critical enlistment intake requirements and dates. Participate in regular meetings to report on progress, identify issues, and contribute to remediation planning. Work collaboratively within ADF Careers to foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, learning, and teamwork. Liaise with internal stakeholders, including recruitment teams and ADF personnel, to streamline administrative processes and resolve documentation issues. Conduct quality checks on enlistment documentation to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity. Your background will demonstrate: Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination, documentation management, or compliance-related processes, ideally within a recruitment or HR environment. Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service delivery when working under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor delivery to varying stakeholder levels and preferences. A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team to contribute to the team vision. Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or similar discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
