Claims Officer QBE Insurance Paramatta, AustraliaPrimary Details Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeLocation: Parramatta, NSW Type: 12-month fixed term contract The opportunity We currently have a fixed term contract opportunity to join our Specialty Claims Business as a Claims Officer managing Accident and Health Claims. In this role, you will play an integral part in providing superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, and evaluate assigned cases. Your new role This role manages Accident & Health claims from end-to-end and will involve interacting with Brokers, Doctors and Allied Health Professionals, investigators and assessors to deliver excellent claims management to our clients and help them return to work and get their life back on track following a serious illness or injury. As a Claims Officer you will take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint. You are self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining high standards during times of change, and resilient when facing challenges.
