We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Clinical Support Consultant to join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our Eight Mile Plains office in Brisbane. As a customer‑facing consultant, you will be responsible for providing clinically relevant information to a range of healthcare practitioners. You will also be involved in a variety of diverse internal projects, as well as gaining exposure to our education and in‑house expertise. What You’ll Do Provide high‑level clinical support for healthcare practitioners via phone, email and live chat using our CRM software. Assist practitioners with clinically relevant treatment options from a broad knowledge base of herbal and nutritional medicine. Provide synthesised technical support for a range of conditions, including herb‑drug interactions, regulatory requirements and adverse reactions. Develop an ongoing understanding of relevant industry information and product knowledge across the Integria portfolio. Contribute to internal and external content, projects and clinical resources to help support our practitioner market. What You’ll Bring 3+ years’ experience working in clinical practice and the practitioner natural healthcare profession. Qualifications in naturopathy or Western herbal medicine is essential. Membership with a relevant professional association. Excellent clinical assessment skills with the ability to solve complex problems and a high attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to multitask and use initiative for continuous improvement. Curiosity, effective communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with team members, customers and other stakeholders. Accountable, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment whilst adhering to company procedures.
