You will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale transformation programs and end-to-end value chain redesign across our customer divisions. As both a hands‑on Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an inspiring leader you will guide a team of Black Belt practitioners to uncover opportunities, remove friction and deliver meaningful change. You will work closely with senior leaders to align improvement initiatives to strategic goals and embed data‑driven decision‑making across the business. Key responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise‑wide process improvement and transformation programs. Directly manage and develop a team of Black Belts, embedding best‑practice Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement frameworks. Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive customer‑centred process design, aligning transformation to group strategy. Qualifications Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (essential) with proven success leading large‑scale process improvement initiatives. Strong capability in end‑to‑end value chain design optimisation and data‑driven decision‑making. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to partner at all levels of the organisation. Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams, particularly other Black Belts within a continuous improvement or transformation environment. Commercial acumen and a passion for simplifying complexity and improving customer experiences. Exposure to AI‑enabled process analytics and / or Human‑Centred Design (highly regarded). We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum 60% on‑site attendance in a local Head Office. This role is a full‑time role on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract based at any of our head office locations (see locations here).
